ERA Protect Camera
Our ERA Protect Camera subscription provides 3-months free video cloud storage included from date of activation, after which an ERA Protect storage plan is required to record and access videos.
7 Day Storage Plan for a Single Camera:
This is required for a camera that is 3- months old. Please purchase subscriptions via the app. Cameras will record and upload video on motion detection and clips are stored on a rolling 7 days basis.
A camera subscription is only required after the initial free 3-months cloud storage has expired. You can purchase a camera subscription via the app. Or if you prefer to upgrade to Plus or Plus Premium (camera and alarm required) for more great features.
Upgrade to ERA Protect Plus for Cameras:
A Protect Plus subscription can be added at any time. For cameras, ERA Protect Plus enables all cameras on that account to be covered. The cameras will record and upload video on motion detection and clips are stored on a rolling 30 days basis. If you have 4 or more cameras, then a Plus subscription offers better value for money rather than the single camera 7 day plan. See above for details of the Plus and Plus Premium subscription plans.
How to purchase and use an ERA Protect subscription
ERA Protect Plus and Premium Plus subscriptions can be purchased as a 1 month or annual subscription online or from within the ERA Protect app (once downloaded).
If you wish to purchase online from one of our online stores, a subscription card will be sent along with your purchase. Then visit the ERA Protect app, navigate to account settings, select ‘Service level required’, click ‘I have a subscription code’ and then follow the on-screen instructions.

*** Includes up to 4 cameras that will stay connected in the event of loss of service by your internet provider. Subject to mobile network connectivity. Alarm trigger only.
Please note: All alarms and cameras are supplied with an ERA Plus subscription for the first 3 months free. This includes 30-day rolling storage for the camera and alarm, plus 4G SIM back-up on any purchased alarm. The free 3-month Plus subscription period will activate on App account creation and will automatically end after 3-months and a paid subscription will be required. A paid subscription can be purchased either via the app itself, online or via our customer service team. Any subsequent subscriptions cannot be added to your account until the initial 3-month period has expired but can be purchased online or via customer service at the point of purchase. Once the initial 3-month period has ended, the app will then prompt you to enter the subscription details.
Single camera packages are available to purchase per camera (up to 4); or upgrade to a Plus package for more benefits. A camera will record on alarm trigger for first 3 months only if no further subscription package has been signed up for and only for Plus packages after that point. Plus Premium can only be activated if the account has at least 1 alarm hub and 1 camera installed. You can only unlock the Plus Premium option once a camera is added to your existing alarm account.
