ERA has demonstrated firm commitment to investing in electro-mechanical hardware and security by appointing Mel Bridge to steer the firm’s product offering in the sector.
Mel, who joins from Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies, will take responsibility for developing security products and platforms that set the pace in an increasingly connected world.
Mel’s role will also extend to developing ERA’s power assisted window and door operating systems.
Melanie reports to Group Marketing Director, Will Butler.
Will comments: “this is the right time for the business to invest in electro-mechanical and Melanie has a tremendous amount of market experience to bring to this role.
New product development is at the heart of this business and it’s what cements our relationship with fabricators and installers – it’s essential that we invest in the expertise required to keep us, and our customers one step ahead at all times.”
